PSG.LGD and RNG to Compete for $60,000 at OGA Dota Pit 2020 Online: China

Tomorrow, on May 1st, begins OGA Dota Pit 2020 Online: China, which will feature some of the best teams of the region competing for a $60,000 prize pool.

The tournament’s line-up consists of eight invited teams, that have been split into two groups as follows:

  • Group A: Keen Gaming, PSG.LGD, Royal Never Give Up, Team Aster
  • Group B: EHOME, Invictus Gaming, Newbee, Vici Gaming

The group stage will be played on May 1st-4th and follow a round-robin format with all matches being best-of-three. Top two teams from each group will advance to the upper bracket semifinals, while the teams placed 2nd and 3rd will make it to the quarterfinals.

The playoffs stage is scheduled for May 5th-10th and will follow a double-elimination bracket. The grand finals will be best-of-five, the other matches will be best-of-three. OGA Dota PIT 2020 Online will also be held in Europe/CIS. The tournament’s format and dates remain unknown, however its prize pool is already set at $150,000.

Earlier Valve cancelled OGA Dota PIT Minor 2020, a Dota Pro Circuit event which was supposed to be held on April 23rd-26th in Split, Croatia due to the coronavirus pandemic.
