Natus Vincere Announced Its New PUBG Roster

One of the most identifiable esports organizations from CIS region announced that it decided to enter the PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds competitive scene by signing an all-Russian squad previously known as Grubie.

The team will consist of Vadim “POKAMOLODOY Ulshin, Ivan “ubah” Kapustin, Dmitrii “Shade1” Roshchin and Sviatoslav “Drainys” Komissarov. The first three used to be the core players of GRUBIE and together participated in PGL PUBG Spring Invitational 2018, where the squad placed second. They also managed to qualify for the upcoming LAN-event Global Loot League Season 1, which will be held at the end of April in Bucharest. Sviatoslav “Drainys” Komissarov only recently joined the team, earlier he was part of another Russian team AVANGAR.

Earlier the management of Natus Vincere was not sure whether PUBG as discipline has esports potential, but it looks like it’s not the case anymore. According to the organizations statement, its CEO Yevhen Zolotarov changed his mind after seeing how PGL and ESL are invested in the scene.
