Virtus.pro Advance to ESL One Los Angeles 2020

Virtus.pro have defeated HellRaisers in the Lower Bracket Finals of the CIS qualifier for ESL One Los Angeles 2020, becoming the second and final team from the region to participate in the major. HellRaisers will partake in the qualifier for StarLadder Minor Season 3.

Virtus.pro started the qualifier by placing first in Group A without losing a single map. In the semifinals they were defeated by HellRaisers (2-0), dropping to the lower bracket. There they defeated Cyber Legacy and retrieved their defeat versus HR (2-0).

Earlier Natus Vincere defeated HR in the winners’ finals, placing first in the qualifier. HellRaisers, Cyber League, Gambit Esports and forZe will play in the minor qualifier, scheduled for February 13-14th. The teams will compete in a double-elimination playoffs bracket, where the lower bracket final will be best-of-five and the other series being best-of-three. Top two teams will qualify for StarLadder ImbaTV Minor.
