Team Liquid: Shadow Stands in for Miracle

Team Liquid will play at the approaching Chongqing Major with a stand-in. The International 2016 champion Chu "shadow" Zeyu will temporarily join the team to take place of Amer "Miracle-" Al-Barkawi, who is unable to attend the major due to personal matter.

The team’s management released the following statement:

We'd like to announce that Valve has approved our emergency stand-in, Chu "shadow" Zeyu. We are still working with Valve to figure out the DPC points situation, and we will let you know as soon as we find out #LetsGoLiquid

Shadow is a 21-years-old Chinese players, most known for his role in Wings Gaming, a team that managed to win The International 2016. After Wings Gaming disband he played for Eclipse and Team Random, both teams did not manage to achieve major results. For the last six months the player has been inactive.
