OG: Sockshka to Replace Topson at OGA DOTA Pit 3
OG have announced that they will participate in OGA Dota PIT Season 3: Europe/CIS with a stand-in – the team’s coach Titouan "Sockshka" Merloz will be temporarily replacing the team’s midlaner Topias Miikka "Topson" Taavitsainen, who recently became a dad and took a short break to take care of the new-born.
Sockshka has been the team’s coach for the last year and a half and stood in for the team few times – with him as a player the team placed 7-8th at EPICENTER Major 2019 and 4th at Midas Mode 2 – Europe. Today team will play in the quarterfinals against Alliance – the best-of-three series is scheduled for 9:00 PM.
OGA Dota PIT Season 3: Europe/CIS will be played on September 23rd – 26th, featuring a $170,000 prize pool. Eight participating teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket with best-of-three regular series and best-of-five grand finale.
