ESL reveal teams and qualifiers for IEM Atlanta

Tournament operator ESL has revealed the full list of teams set to compete at IEM Atlanta. Some squads received direct spots in the main stage, while others will fight for qualification through closed qualifiers.

The teams directly invited to the main stage are NRG, Legacy, Vitality, NAVI, FaZe, Liquid, B8, Astralis, GamerLegion, FUT, paiN, M80, and BC.G. These teams will begin their campaign in the tournament’s primary phase.

The general closed qualifier will feature BB Team, EYEBALLERS, Fnatic, SINNERS, Alliance, K27, Inner Circle, CYBERSHOKE, ENCE, Tricked, Nemesis, and Johnny Speeds. The qualifier will take place from February 10 to 12 in a Double Elimination format, with 16 teams competing for two spots in the IEM Atlanta main stage.

A separate closed qualifier is scheduled for the American region, where Passion UA, Voca, Rave, and Boss will battle for a single slot. IEM Atlanta itself will run from May 11 to 17 alongside PGL Astana, with a total prize pool of $1 million.
