- Kayle and Morgana reworked
- Buffs for Akali, Neeko, Rakan, Skarner, and Vi
- Relic Shield Line and Stormrazor adjustments
- Runes Aftershock and Conqueror nerfed, Cut Down buffed
- Small balance tweaks for Cho’Gath, Dr. Mundo, Gangplank, Graves, Jhin, Nunu & Willump, Tryndamere, Sylas, Yorick, and Rek’Sai
