GLL Season 2: M19 Become Champions of a $100,000 PUBG Event Without Taking a Single Map
This weekend Stockholm, the capital of Sweden hosted a $100,000 PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds event called Global Loot League Season 2. The Russian squad M19 managed to secure the first place without winning a single map, receiving $40,000 in prize money.
The tournament was held on August 10-12 at Nobelberget in Stockholm, Sweden. Sixteen teams participated in eighteen rounds; half of them was played on Erangel, the other half – on Miramar. The teams received tournament points for both final placements and number of kills. M19 placed first with 3360 points – the team managed to secure six second places and three third places, but failed to win a single map. They were followed by Pittsburgh Knights and FaZe Clan with 3330 and 3080 points respectively.
